1. Definitions and Parties

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "you") and Wakanda Tech ("we", "us", "Company"), the operator of the AkinBank Hub platform.

2. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

Services are available only to eligible institutional clients, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals who meet our onboarding criteria. Certain jurisdictions are restricted due to regulatory, sanctions, or operational constraints. See our Compliance page for details.

3. Registration, KYC/KYB, and Information Accuracy

You must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) procedures before accessing services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it promptly when changes occur. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Services Offered; Limitations; No Warranties

AkinBank Hub provides technology infrastructure for global payments, custody, treasury management, and related banking services. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific performance outcomes, or protection against all market risks.

5. Market and Technology Risks

Crypto assets and DeFi strategies are subject to extreme volatility, liquidity risks, smart contract vulnerabilities, and potential total loss of capital. You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for investment decisions. See our Disclosures for detailed risk information.

6. Fees, Charges, and Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable fees, transaction charges, and taxes related to your use of the platform. Fee schedules are available upon request and may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the platform are owned by Wakanda Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Data Protection

Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which incorporates LGPD and GDPR principles.

9. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management purposes. You may terminate your account subject to settlement of all outstanding obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
